Gensets LIAG

We deliver on-board auxiliary, emergency and harbour generating sets by Lindenberg-Anlagen.

These are produced according to the regulations of international classification societies. A standardized basic program on the basis of MAN marine engines is supplemented by special equipment according to the customer's requirement, in every range of power.

PRODUCTION RANGE:

- Auxiliary Generating Sets

Our Auxiliary gen sets are equipped with MAN high speed engines for electrical power up to 590 kW.

Built according to latest rules of resp. Classification Society, with approved certificate on request.

The necessary Nox certificate can also be delivered by Lindenberg.

- Emergency Generating Sets

Our Emergency gen sets are equipped with MAN high speed engines for electrical power up to 600 kW.

Built according to latest rules of resp. Classification Society, with approved certificate on request.

The engines are equipped with lube oil sump for inclination up to 30 degree on side and 12,5 degree forward.

- Harbour Generating Sets

Our Harbour gen sets are equipped with MAN high speed engines for electrical power up to 600 kW and can be combined for additional Emergency use.

Built according to latest rules of resp. Classification Society, with approved certificate on request.

The necessary Nox certificate can also be delivered by Lindenberg.

- Gen Sets with Special design:

Emergency generating set including daily fuel oil tank made by Lindenberg.

The fuel oil tanks are pressure tested and approved by classification society.

The tanks are equipped with level sensors, which are connected to the engine control panel.

Soundproofed Marine generating set.

The noise level of these generating sets are reduced to 82 dB.

The cover can be opened or removed for easy service and maintenance.

Marine pump set with capacity of  120 m³/h by pressure out of 130 bar and a suction height of 6 meters.

Two pcs of this sets are delivered for FPSO vessel built by IHI in Japan.

Auxiliary generating set, equipped with water cooled alternator.

Engineering Department. Lindenberg Engineering Department is utilizing the latest standard of CAD-equipment. It's able to supply our clients with all necessary technical documentation about electrical and mechanical equipment of our generating sets.

Manufacturing.  LIAG takes care of the total engineering, manufacturing and assembling of all related equipment at home and abroad. Service department gives technical support Worldwide.

Test bench.  Each generating set will be factory tested before shipment in the company‘s state of the art generating set test shop.

Full load test for individual sets or parallel operation is obligatory.

The testing are according to classification societies‘ rules in the presence of the classification society‘s surveyor.

Welding Certificate.  In the production area for bed frames we employ welders with welding certificate of the relevant German approval institutes.

ISO 9001 Certificate.  The generating sets are assembled to meet the highest quality standard is laid down in the company quality handbook, which meets the standard of DIN ISO 9001, standard of German army as well as NATO / NAMSA agency and is audited by the quality assurance department of renew national and international companies.

Components and Spare Parts. Spare parts and components for diesel engines, alternators, electric parts, pump sets, ...

The spare parts delivery service comprises a prompt supply of required parts, sent either by world wide express courier or in special cases personally by our service staff.

World wide after sales service.  Our world wide after sales service includes installation supervision, commissioning, maintenance and repair.

LINDENBERG built up a service network together with our agents.

Special engine service is also available though MAN world wide service network.
